How we film an event
Before the event we agree the schedule with you, the key moments and the places we can access. Based on that we place the cameras: one holds the stage, another looks for the reactions of the people, a third catches details and backstage.
During the event we work quietly and do not disturb the guests. You run the event, and we make sure no important moment slips away.
Which events we film
Company galas and anniversaries, conferences, city events, harvest festivals, fairs, shows and open days. We have filmed, among others, the 100th anniversary of KDBS Bank, Radziejow Days, Wloclawek County Day and the AMJ Agro field demonstrations.
We film across Poland, from Warsaw, Krakow and Gdansk to smaller towns, and we travel to events abroad too.
What you get after the event
From one recording we make several things at once: a recap film for your website and sponsors, reels for social media and, if needed, a full recording of the speeches. You can add photos and drone shots in the same booking.

Event filming: questions
How many cameras does an event need?
It depends on the scale of the event and what is to be produced. A smaller event needs one or two cameras, and for a gala or a concert we add more to cover the stage from several angles. We propose the number of cameras in the quote.
Can you film only part of the event?
Yes. We can film selected parts of the programme, for example the opening, the speeches and a concert at the end. Just describe it in the form.
How fast do you deliver?
The first reels and selected photos can be delivered as soon as 24 hours after the event. A recap film usually takes a few working days, and a full concert film a few weeks, because it goes through editing, colour and sound. We put the exact delivery date in the quote so you can plan your publications.
What file formats will I get?
Films and reels come as MP4 files, films in 4K and in a Full HD version for the web, reels in vertical 9:16. Photos come as full-resolution JPEG files and, on request, in smaller web versions. We share the material through a download link. Any other format, for example for an LED screen, we agree on when we prepare the quote.
How far do you travel?
We work across Poland: in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Lodz, Katowice and every other city, including smaller towns. We also travel to events abroad. For longer routes we give the travel cost straight away in the quote.
How do billing and the deposit work?
We reserve the date after you accept the offer and pay a deposit. We settle the rest after delivering the material. We issue a VAT invoice.
Who owns the rights to the material?
You can publish the finished material on your website, on social media and in sponsor materials. We describe the licence scope in the contract so there are no misunderstandings. We may show fragments of the project in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
